1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ks88 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to processing transactions promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the ks88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ks88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
